AH3650 Treiber / Resourcenprobleme

    Hi.

    Ich habe vor kurzem einen neuen Rechner bekommen. Die Grafikkarte bekam ich günstig von wo anders her. Es ist eine "ASUS AH3650 SILENT 512MB GPU HD3650".

    Nachdem ich den Rechner neu aufgesetzt hatte, habe ich erstmal die Mainboard-treiber installiert, danach dann die Grafikkartentreiber. Ich habe erstmal die neusten Treiber + hotfixes für die Serie/Karte installiert --> nix..weiter 640x480 bei 4 bit Farben

    alles deinstalliert -> driver cleaner -> mitgelieferte Treiber solo -> mitgelieferte Treiber mit mitgeliefertem CCC -> mitgelieferte Treiber mit hotfix -> verschiedene andere treiberversionen und CCC Versionen, zwischendurch immer wieder deinstalliert und driver cleaner benutzt.

    Alles hat nichts gebracht.

    Problem liegt vermutlich nicht bei den Treibern!

    Hab mir dann (erst) mal die Sache im Gerätemanager angeschaut: Resourcenkonflikte! Grafikkarte mit Name wird angezeigt ist aber nicht aktiviert. Konflikte in "E/A-Bereich 03B0-03BB", "E/A-Bereich 03C0-03DF", "Speicherbereich 000A0000-000BFFFF" Bereiche werden verwendet von "Intel 82865 G/PE/P/GV/82848P Processor to AGP Controller-2571" Für dieses Gerät stehen nicht genügend Resourcen zur Verfügung. Fehlercode 12.

    Die Windowshilfe konnte mir (welch ein Wunder) nicht helfen. Der Lösungsvorschlag war, bei dem betreffenden Gerät unter Resourcen das Häckchen bei "automatisch konfigurieren" wegzumachen und die Resourcen manuell zuvergeben. Leider ist das Kästchen ausgegraut und auch der Button "Einstellung ändern" ist nicht aktiv.

    Wie kann ich denn jetzt die Resourcenverteilung beeinflussen? Ich hoffe mir kann dabei jemand helfen oder eine Alternativlösung anbieten.

    Ich werde das mit der Neuinstallation mal ausprobieren, allerdings hatte ich XP ja gerade neuinstalliert und die Grafikkarte habe ich ja net nachträglich eingebaut.

    Vergibt XP die Ressourcen nach dem Zufallsprinzip??

    Hab auch schon das ganze BIOS durchstöbert, nach einer Einstellung die dafür sorgt, dass XP die Ressourcen vergibt und net das BIOS bzw. umgekehrt. Habe leider nix gefunden.

    Die Ressourcen werden von XP über ACPI vergeben.
    Wenn das Mainboard allerdings nicht genügend Ressourcen hat, kann XP keine herbei zaubern.
    Du kannst mal überflüssige Onboardkomponenten im BIOS deaktivieren.
    Wie sieht es mit dem Netzteil aus? Die HD3650 stellt höhere Anforderungen als Onboardgrafik.
    Im Hardwaremonitor wird bei 12 Volt eine viel zu geringe Spannung angezeigt.
    Ist der zusätzliche Stromanschluss an der Grafikkarte angeschlossen?

    Die Grafikkarte hat eine Leitung für sich alleine.

    Edit: Habe schon ein paar Onboardkompononenten, die ich net brauche deaktiviert. Mal schauen, was ich noch finde.

    Nach der Neuinstallation von Windows und dem zusätzlichen Deaktivieren des "Onboard Serial Ports1" und des "Onboard Parallel Ports" versucht die Grafikkarte immer noch genau die gleichen Ressourcen zu belegen, ebenso der Processor to AGP Controller. :bahnhof:

    Hat das Mainboard die neuste BIOS-Version? Ich fürchte aber, dass die älter als die Grafikkarte ist und nichts bringen wird.

    Blöde aber wahr. Ich kann nirgendwo sehen, welches BIOS ich drauf habe :-(

    Beim booten sehe ich nur das "Intel Pentium 4 HT"-Logo und dann kommt schon Windows. Im BIOS selber steht auch keine Version und zu allem Überfluss muss ich Windows nochmal installieren, da nachdem ich n bisserl Trial-and-Error-Verfahren angewand habe, habe ich nach dem Windowsstart gar kein Bild mehr :aua:

    Nach der Neuinstallation versuche ich das BIOS von der der Medionseite V.1.11 zu benutzen. Soweit ich das gelesen habe ist die BIOS-Version von 2004, aber das kann auch falsch sein, kein Plan.

    Ich melde mich wieder, wenn ich neuinstalliert habe und das BIOS-Update hinter mir habe. Vorrausgesetzt ich bekomme das hin. Man soll dafür die bootable Support-CD von Medion verwenden, die ich net habe. Habe mir die zwar von der Medionseite runtergeladen (support-cd, bootable), allerdings seh ich da keine .bat-Dateien, weshalb ich n bisserl skeptisch bin, was das bootable angeht. Naja, wird schon schief gehen.

    Also manchmal hasse ich Computer! :spinner:
    Musste ja nochmal Windows neuinstallieren und wollte dann das BIOS upgraden. Nach der Installation hatte ich auf einmal 800x600 auflösung mit 16 bit und der Möglichkeit auf xtausend x xtausend auflösung zu erhöhen (noch vor installation des Grafiktreibers). Habe dann nochmal den mitgelieferten Treiber + CCC installiert und es läuft ohne Probleme.
    Die Ressourcen sind immer noch diesselben, also es werden immer noch die gleichen Ressourcen noch von der Karte und dem Processor to AGP Controller benutzt, nur dass die Karte jetzt noch ein paar zusätzlich benutzt.

    Habe vorher im BIOS nur wieder ein paar Einstellungen zurückgesetzt, die ich im Laufe des rumprobierens deaktiviert hatte.

    Naja, wie auch immer. Wenns nochmal solche Probleme gibt, dann werd ich mich nochmal melden um zu erfahren, wie man den Rechner von ACPI auf standard PC umstellt. Dann soll man nämlich auch die Ressourcen manuell zuweisen können.

    Das wärs dann erstmal von mir. Danke für die Hilfe und alles Gute.

    Das ist ein Rückfall in MS-DOS-Zeiten mit ISA-Steckkarten.
    ACPI ist eine wunderbare Sache mit den richtigen Treibern und kompatibler Hardware.

    Die HD3650 wird schlicht und ergreifend nicht in dem Board laufen wollen. Da hilft auch ein günstiger Anschaffungspreis nicht weiter. Eine ältere AGP-Karte, wie eine Geforce 6 oder 7 wäre wohl die bessere Alternative.

    Also jetzt läuft die Karte ja. Ohne Probleme. Habe gerade Gothic 3 ausprobiert, und mit 800x600 75Hz auf Minimaleinstellungen läuft es annähernd flüssig :)

    Ich habe mittlerweile auch rausbekommen, wie ich die Karte zum laufen gebracht habe, auch wenn ich immer noch net weiß warum :nixwissen

    Ich musste im BIOS die AGP Aperture Size auf 128MB stellen. Die war als es net funzte auf 4MB. Ich hatte die früher schonmal auf 4MB gesetzt, da mirmal erklärt wurde, dass man einen möglichst niedrigen Wert nehmen soll, wenn man eine Graka mit viel Speicher besitzt, da das Speicher wäre, der vom Systemspeicher für Grafikprozesse benutzt wird.
    Naja, entweder war das falsch erklärt oder ich verstehs einfach nicht ^^.

    Vielleicht kann mir hier ja jemand das mit der AGP Aperture Size genauer erklären, oder warum ich die bei meiner Graka auf mind. 128MB setzen muss.

    Nur leider sagt mir das natürlich nicht, warum ich die AGP Aperture Size auf mind. 128MB setzen muss, damit die Karte läuft. Bei meiner alten Radeon 9600 256MB musste ich die ja auch net auf 64MB setzen, sondern konnte den Wert ohne Probleme auf 4MB lassen.

    Obwohl, eigentlich kann es mir ja auch egal sein, solange es funktioniert.......

    Wie dem auch sei. Ich mach hier mal Schluss mit dem Topic. Wenn du deoroller oder jemand anderes mehr weiß, dann würde ich mich sehr über ne PM mit erklärendem link oder einfach einer Erklärung freuen.

    Auf AGP Aperture Size wäre ich jetzt auch nicht gekommen.
    Insofern ist er wertvoll für Leute mit gleichem Problem.
    Die 256MB wird eine HD3650 eher ausnutzen und Auslagern müssen, als die Readeon 9600, für die 256MB eigentlich zu viel sind.
