Medien Probleme
Hier erscheinen folgende Error-Meldungen:
No Disc Present
No Initial Position
No Seek Complete
OPC Execution Error
OPC Initialize Error
Power Calibration Area Full
Servo Tracking Error
Write Address is EFM Area (Already Written)

Lösung:
1) Andere Rohlingtypen ausprobieren (blau,grün,gold).
2) Oder das Problem liegt eventuell am Brenner selbst.

 

No seek complete / search process aborted
In many cases this error message only appears if the CD Writer can\'t handle the CD-Rs you are using.
Please use another make of CD-R. It is best to contact the vendor of the CD-burner and ask about recommended CD-Rs. For more information: Problematic CD-Rs.

The error can occur if the CD-R is faulty. If the error only occurs with one CD-R, then this is probably the reason. This error can occur in particular when deleting a CD-R.
If you have an IDE CD Writer : One customer was able to solve the problem by activating the option DMA on his HP 9110.
If this error occurs very quickly at the start of the burning process or the simulation, then there is probably a problem with the cables or the SCSI ID allocation. Note that the problem can also occur if e.g. the harddisk and a scanner are given the same SCSI ID.

Mein Plextor PX-R820 erzeugt nur unlesbare CDs mit *******!
Bitte verwenden Sie Firmware Version 1.07 oder höher. Diese Version ist auf der Webseite von Plextor erhältlich.

Der Brenner muss nach März 1999 hergestellt sein, oder noch genauer: Er muss ab Werk mit Firmware 1.03 oder besser ausgeliefert worden sein. Ältere Modelle arbeiten nicht mit *******, selbst wenn die korrekte Firmware Version installiert ist.
