Sehr Hohe CPU-Auslastung

    Huhu,
    Wie oben im Titel genannt kämpfe ich seit geraumer Zeit mit einer Auslastung die von 80-100% konstant hin und her schwankt da ich kein Experte bin weiß ich auch nicht was dieses verursacht haben könnte. Ich poste hier mal die Hijack Log File rein in der Hoffnung das jemand mir aushelfen kann.

    Schau in den Taskmanager und schau nach, welcher Prozess die Auslastung verursacht.
    Was hast du für eine CPU? (am besten mal ganze Hardware posten)

    Meistens Programme wie Firefox Chrome Steam und Game Launcher bereiten mir große Probleme seit 1 Woche.
    Intel(R)Core(TM)2 CPU 6400 2.13GHz
    4GB Ram; Windows 64-Bit.
    Gainward Geforce GTX 285.
