1. Liebe Forumsgemeinde,

    aufgrund der Bestimmungen, die sich aus der DSGVO ergeben, müssten umfangreiche Anpassungen am Forum vorgenommen werden, die sich für uns nicht wirtschaftlich abbilden lassen. Windows Update geht nicht mehr

    Hallo

    mir ist heute aufgefallen, dass ich keine updates mehr machen kann. es kommt immer folgende Meldung: Starten Sie den Computer neu,... (siehe Bild)
    und jedesmal, wenn ich den Rechner neu starte, kommt diese Meldung wieder. An was könnte dies liegen?

    Ich möchte eigentlich nur ungern eine Systemwiederherstellung machen, da ich in der zweischen Zeit einige Programme installiert habe.

    Für hilfreiche Ratschläge bedanke ich mich im Voraus.

    PS/Nachtrag:
    im abgesicherten Modus gibt es kein Windows Update in der Systemsteuerung und wenn ich den Updater aufrufe (%SystemRoot%\system32\wuapp.exe) geht auch nichts., warum auch immer... Ich mache die Updates immer mit dem Konto, welches die Adminechte hat.

    Nun ja, Updates macht er schon, nur können sie teilweise nicht initialisiert werden.
    Der WUA-Dienst ist imho im SafeMode nicht verfügbar.
    Ich würde versuchen im SafeMode eine Deinstallation der erfolgreichen Updates zu machen.

    Du kannst mal das Update manuell herunter laden und ausführen.
    Welches zuletzt installiert wurde, steht unter C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\ReportingEvents.log.
