XP stürzt grundlos ab bzw schliesst prg

Hi leute. Ich habe ein sehr grosses problem mit XP bzw meinem system. Seit einiger zeit(seitdem XP drauf ist) stürzt mein PC immer wieder ab. Einfach so. Ich klick zb auf den iexplorer oder irgendein tool und ZACK REBOOT.
Wenn ich versuche ein game zu spielen REBOOT. Auch schliesst windows den mediaplayer von alleine .ich bin echt am verzweifeln. hab sämtlich updates drauf . Ohne erfolg.!

Meinst Du echt, daß sich das jemand ernsthaft durchliest?
Na, wie auch immer, viel sinnvoller wäre es gewesen, in das Ereignisprotokoll zu sehen, um herauszufinden, was denn die Abstürze verursacht. Dort steht es in der Regel!
Und die Fehlermeldungen, die dort aufgefüht werden, ermöglichen erst einmal die Eingrenzung der eventuellen Fehlerquelle.
Es wäre also nicht schlecht, wenn Du DIESE Fehler hier posten würdest.
